Performing arts and languages have always shaped my world. I grew up bilingual, speaking German – Spanish, and have lived in many places across Germany, Spain and France. For ten years, I worked closely with an English franchise partner. I’ve lived in Frankfurt with my family for the past twenty years.

After my acting training in Madrid and a Master’s in Theatre and Cultural Studies, I discovered that the power of theatre and languages doesn’t only live on the stage – it also transforms leadership, teamwork and communication in business.

For over 20 years I’ve combined coaching with theatre pedagogy: as trainer and coach at Lufthansa Flight Training, Airbus, the Sparkassen University of Finance & Management, and as franchise partner and managing director of two Stagecoach Performing Arts schools (10 years, 180 children per year, leading a team of 12).

Again and again I’ve experienced it: people change when they try out new roles, shift perspectives, express themselves and grow through reflection.

Since childhood I’ve found expression and growth in theatre and dance – and for over 20 years also movement and inner balance as a yoga practitioner.
