I have been self-employed for more than 20 years, first as a communication trainer. For ten of those years I was also franchise-partner and artistic director of two theatre schools. I successfully led both through the pandemic and then sold them. I then made a deliberate choice to train as a Co-Active Coach, to the highest standard in the industry.

I know leadership, change and complexity from my own experience. I have lived in three countries (Germany, Spain and France) and worked with a wide range of client groups. That hands-on experience is what I pass on.

I grew up bilingual in German and Spanish. I hold a master's degree in theatre and cultural studies and trained in theatre education. In my work I combine communication and elements of the performing arts with personal development. Co-Active Coaching broadens my repertoire in supporting people professionally.

For ten years I was an intercultural trainer at Lufthansa Flight Training. At the Hochschule für Finanzwirtschaft & Management, I work with board members and executives. At universities, I also support international students. For Airbus, I work as a coach for improvisation and body language.

People change when they can try out new roles playfully. They also need a safe, confidential space where they can shape new perspectives with a sparring partner.
