Cultural differences are understood – but rarely truly lived.
Misunderstandings in international teams? Stalled integration of international talent? Cultural differences are often understood cognitively, but not lived or consciously shaped.
With an M.A. in Cultural Anthropology and 10 years’ experience as a trainer in intercultural communication at Lufthansa Aviation Training, I combine academic rigour with theatre methods. Intercultural competence doesn’t emerge from models - it emerges when you physically experience cultural perspectives, acknowledge differences and experiment with communication styles.
WHO BENEFITS FROM CROSS-CULTURAL COACHING?
The right format for you if you:
Are active in new markets or building international partnerships
Integrate international talent and want real connection, not polite distance
Collaborate on global projects or M&A processes
Notice that cultural differences are weighing on team communication – and want to change that
Are leaders who want to go beyond understanding intercultural competence and embody it
Commissioned by your company or as a self-initiated leadership project – I accompany you as a team in motion, one that understands diversity not as a challenge but as a resource.

Theatre meets coaching – a powerful combination
I combine Co-Active® Coaching – an internationally recognised approach (ICF-certified) – with theatre methods and my academic background as a cultural anthropologist. What’s special: intercultural competence isn’t explained – it’s lived.
WHY THEATRE?
Cultural differences don’t live in the head – they live in the body, in rhythm, voice and space. Theatre methods make this perceptible: you step into other roles, experience misunderstandings from different perspectives, and develop real cross-cultural agility – playfully, directly and transferable to the workday.
IN CONCRETE TERMS:
You experience cultural communication styles physically – not just as a model
Through role-play exercises, you understand misunderstandings from the perspective of the other culture
You develop intercultural agility: flexible, context-sensitive, authentic
On request: work on voice, presence and body language in the intercultural context
In four languages (German, English, Spanish, French), I support you in turning diversity into real synergy.
Format:
In person (1–2 days), online follow-ups recommended for sustainable transfer support.
What changes, concretely?
Not intercultural training that fades – but real capacity to act.
